All our products are handcrafted to order so please allow 5-7 days for delivery. For our UK customers we offer a standard delivery rate of £2.75 per order. Both delivery options are sent Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded and will require a signature on delivery. For any other delivery options (such as next day) please contact us prior to purchase.
For our international customers we offer a standard delivery charge of £8.95 per order. All orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow up to 5-7 days for your order to be dispatched, however due to factors beyond our control we cannot offer an expected delivery time. We must also stress that customs & duties charges are the customers’ responsibility.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery details or the delay this may cause, so please make sure you enter the correct details at purchase. If for some reason your order has not made it to you, we do reserve the right to ask you to wait 14 days after the estimated delivery date before we re-dispatch your order.
We use Paypal as our secure payment process. However even if you do not have a Paypal account, it is still possible to pay by debit/credit card via Paypal, you just need to enter your card details when it asks you.
Please be a responsible pet owner and do not leave our products where they may be chewed or ingested. Although our products are made to be long lasting and durable, it is the owner’s responsibility to check for daily wear and tear. We also advise that the product is only used for the animal listed as we cannot be held responsible.
In order to get the most from your product we recommend you wash collars and leads at 30°, we always place the item inside a pillowcase to protect it from the machine. Do not iron and just leave flat to Air dry only. Spot clean bow tie and bandana attachments.
As a dog parent safety always comes first. Please do not leave your pup's new collar or leash where it may be chewed or ingested. Please check your pup's collar for wear and tear regularly and never leaves your dog tied from his/her collar unsupervised. Thank you!
If for some reason you are not 110% happy with your order then please do not hesitate to contact us or email email@example.com. For refunds we ask that the product is returned to us within 14 days. If the product appears faulty/damaged or you wish to exchange your order for another size please contacts us within 48 hours of delivery.
We strive ourselves on quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service so we are happy to help with any issues, just contact us using the above mentioned methods.
We must stress that all products must be returned in an unworn/undamaged state and with tags still attached. The customer is responsible for the cost of return delivery (unless faulty) and we recommend products are sent via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in post.
We have also done our best to take product photos with accurate real life representation in mind, however there may be slight variations due to the handmade nature of the products.
